Revolutionairy Pty Ltd (ACN 696 266 823, ABN 66 696 266 823) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us:
- When you register interest in Spark: your name and email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your company, your role and what you would build with Spark.
- When you make an enquiry: your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry and your message.
We do not store your IP address with your submission. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a theme with the header toggle, your browser stores that choice on your own device; it is not sent to us.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- If you registered interest in Spark and agreed to be contacted, to tell you about Spark.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any other purpose without your consent, unless the law requires or allows it.
Who we share it with
We do not share your information with anyone for their own use. To run this website, protect it from spam and handle your submission, we use trusted service providers who process it only on our behalf. Our data is stored securely in Australian-region services where we can choose; however, some of these providers may process data on infrastructure in other countries, including the United States. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information unless the law requires it.
How we keep it
We take the protection of your personal information very seriously and dedicate significant resources to protecting it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep only the data we need, only for essential purposes, and delete it as soon as we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- You can ask to stop hearing from us about Spark at any time.
- You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
